MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., April 9, 2014 Minnesotans searching for an elegant but relaxing Easter Sunday Brunch can now make reservations for Vincent A Restaurants annual 4-Course Easter Brunch on April 20.
Featuring contemporary French cuisine created by acclaimed chef Vincent Francoual, the $35/person Prix Fixe Menu at Vincents Minneapolis restaurant will offer brunch choices of:
- A First Course of either Frog Legs in Lemon and Garlic Cucumber Broth, Melon & Veal Loin with Feta and Black Olives or Marinated Arctic Char with Cipollini Onion.
- A Second Course of either Buckwheat Crepe with Serrano Ham and Gruyere Fondue, Poached Eggs with Spaghetti Squash and Bell Peppers, or Risotto with Kale and Laughing Bird Shrimp.
- A Third Course of Confit of Cod with Eggplant and Pine Nuts, Roasted Leg of Lamb with Moroccan Vegetable Ragout and Potato Terrine, or Parisian Gnocchi with Spinach and Tomato Confit,
- A Dessert Course of either Citrus Cream with Meringue, Chocolate Biscuit with Cashew and Pineapple, or Rhubarb & Streusel Tart with Pastry Cream. (Desserts will be accompanied with sweet petit forts; madeleine cookies and chocolate truffles).
Chef Vincent, the new father to a baby girl, made sure that children would enjoy a special Easter Brunch offering a Childrens Menu for April 20 that features a choice of half a Croque Monsieur, Omelet Du Chef or Macaroni & Cheese. Whats more, children five and younger will dine for free.
Vincent A Restaurant is located at 1100 Nicollet Avenue in downtown Minneapolis, across the street from Orchestra Hall. Valet parking will be available for this Easter Brunch for a $6 fee.
