MINNEAPOLIS (Nov. 18, 2011) - After two years of extraordinary success, Home For Life® is returning to Mall of America® this Sunday Nov. 20 to kick off the third annual Doggone Early Dog Walk. Guests are invited to escape the chilly outdoors and join Home For Life along with fellow dog owners and animal lovers alike in the Mall for a dog-friendly fun walk through Nickelodeon Universe®. The walk will benefit Home For Life, an animal sanctuary that provides neglected and special needs animals a lifelong home.

More than just an ordinary dog walk, this fun-filled day will include refreshments, prizes, pet photos with Santa, local celebs and gift bags. Online registration is currently open and will close Nov. 18 at midnight CDT. Registration is $25 per dog and will be limited to the first 100 dogs signed up. The walk will take place Sunday, Nov. 20, 2011 7:00 9:00 a.m. Only guests that are registered can participate. There is no cost or limit to the number of people accompanying their furry friend.

Home For Life offers animals an alternative to euthanasia by providing them with loving care and a nurturing environment that is safe and stable. Interested participants can help these animals by registering and downloading a pledge form on the event website.
