Childrens Tumor Foundation to host annual NF Walk at Mall of America®
WHAT:
The Childrens Tumor Foundation to host the annual NF Walk at Mall of America® on Sunday, Sept. 29 in the Rotunda.
Neurofibromatosis (NF), affects one in every 3,000 children which is more than cystic fibrosis, Duchenne muscular dystrophy and Huntingtons disease combined.
The NF Walk proceeds will fund research, but most importantly, they will fund hope. There is currently no cure or any effective treatments for NF, but with increased awareness and research funding, children suffering from NF can have a hopeful future.
