Preschool Drop-off: Kits & Cubs - White-tailed Deer
Monday, November 11, from 10 a.m.-noon, or 1-3 p.m., at Eastman Nature Center, in Elm Creek Park Reserve, Dayton. Drop off the kids to explore nature in fall. They will discover the natural world through hands-on learning: stories, art, songs, games, play activities, and hikes. A snack is included. Dress to be outside. Tuesday, November 12, from 9:30-11:30 a.m., or 1-3 p.m., at Silverwood Park, St. Anthony. Drop off your kids for a whirlwind of fun. Each weeks activities are based on a different childrens book with a nature-inspired art theme. We will spend part of every class exploring what autumn brings to our life-filled wetlands, woods and prairies; then get messy as we cut, paste, paint or sculpt! Dress for the weather and bring a light snack, water bottle, and a bag to keep all your projects together. Sign up for one day or the entire series. Cost is $10 and reservations are required.
