Sunday, February 2, from 2:30-4 p.m., at Eastman Nature Center, in Elm Creek Park Reserve, Dayton. Explore nature with your preschooler as you both participate in hands-on discoveries. Listen to a Groundhog Day story, make a craft, and sing songs. Explore and play with shadows, and go on a groundhog scavenger hunt in the woods. Cost is $5 and reservations are required. Tuesday, February 4, from 9:30-11:30 a.m., at Silverwood Park, St. Anthony. Drop off your kids for a whirlwind art activity. Each week is based on a different childrens book and nature-inspired theme. Part of every class will explore the parks winter wonders.
