BLOOMINGTON, Minn., (Dec. 8, 2011) On the twelfth day of Christmas Mall of America® gave away 12 parking spots and a $25 Mall of America gift card. To boost holiday cheer and ease what can be a tricky parking situation for guests, Mall of America is reserving 12 front row parking spots for 12 days leading up to Christmas (Dec. 13 24). Each winner will be given a designated spot for a whole day and a $25 Mall of America gift card.

Starting Dec. 6, Mall of America will use its Facebook and Twitter accounts to notify people how to win one of 144 spots over the 12 day period. In addition to Mall of America social media sites, local media and bloggers will host the giveaway on their respective broadcasts and sites.

Past VIP parking events have proven that a close spot with little hassle goes the distance with guests, said Maureen Bausch, executive vice president of business development at Mall of America. We have expanded this years experience to reach a significantly larger group of people and expect even greater success.

In conjunction with The 12 Days of Parking, Mall of America will offer a virtual butler as part of its VIP parking experience. Guests will have their own number to text for directions, questions, and gift ideas. Additionally, all guests will be given two tickets to the upcoming Princess Diana exhibit, Diana: A Celebration.
