Shakopee, Minn., June 28, 2018 – Valleyfair is proud to announce a special event in honor of our nation's military heroes: from June 30 - July 4, any member of the armed services, active or veteran, will receive free regular admission to the park.

Each military guest will be able to bring up to six family members at a discounted rate of just $35 per person. This deal is valid for all current or past military members with government issued ID. To take advantage of this discount, present a valid military ID at the front gate turnstiles. If purchasing additional tickets, stop by any Valleyfair ticket window.

All Valleyfair guests can enjoy our July 4th BBQ celebrations on July 2-4 from Noon-7 PM at Picnic Point. The all-you-can eat buffet includes American classics such as BBQ ribs, pulled pork, Cajun chicken quarters, corn on the cob and more. Buffet tickets can be purchased online or at Picnic Point the day of the event. Guests can share the fun using #AwesomeLooksLike at Valleyfair’s 4th of July star-studded photo
booth.

To end the night on July 4th, Valleyfair presents another tradition – a spectacular fireworks display. The fireworks will be launched from Valleyfair on Wednesday, July 4th, beginning at 9:50PM.

Guests can continue the fun all summer long with a Gold Season Pass. A Gold Season Pass pays for itself in fewer than two visits and can be purchased at Valleyfair.com. A Gold Season Passes include unlimited visits, including Soak City (open through Labor Day) and ValleySCARE this fall.
