Best Buy debuts Tech Home at Mall of America®

in celebration of 50 years

What: In celebration of Best Buy’s 50th anniversary, Mall of America® will house the Best Buy Tech Home beginning Monday, August 22 in the Rotunda.

On display through September 17, the house structure will feature multiple rooms that showcase the possibilities that come with the Connected Home and Internet of Things. In addition to learning more about home security, wearable products, drones and virtual reality, guests are invited to tour the Connected Home concept, including a “connected” kitchen, living room, office and bedroom.

The experience will give visitors an in-depth look at how a refrigerator, doorbell, lighting system, WiFi networks and more can work together to give families peace of mind, a safe environment and more time for fun.

The Tech Home will feature the latest products from top tech companies Samsung, NETGEAR, Canon, Philips Hue, Qualcomm and more.
