The menus from Executive Chef Dinesh Jayawardena (Mall of America) and Executive Chef Jim Kyndberg (Downtown) showcase the seasonal flavors of FireLake fitting for holiday. Guests can savor a classic Prime Rib at both locations or even a classic Christmas Goose Downtown as the Christmas day main course.
