CEDAR + STONE, URBAN TABLE RESTAURANT JOINS WITH
FULTON BREWERY FOR NOVEMBER 3 DINNER

Bloomington, Minn. (Oct. 26, 2016) – A select number of Minnesotans will be able to join Fulton Brewery co-founder Brian Hoffman and Cedar + Stone, Urban Table restaurant executive sous chef Laura Bartholomew and sommelier Peter Plaehn for a nine-course Fulton Beer Dinner on November 3, 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. at Cedar + Stone in Bloomington.
The event’s menu includes Beer-Braised Short Ribs with brussel sprouts; pork belly with quail egg and corn; kabocha squash with curry soup; roasted pumpkin with pecan and goat cheese; and scallops with fuji apple and fennel. Each course is paired with craft beers including Fulton’s Sweet Child of Vine, Libertine, Maitrise, The Ringer, Lonely Blonde and Standard Lager. The dinner climaxes with Dark Chocolate with salted caramel, paired with Fulton’s Worthy Adversary. Hoffman will discuss the history of Fulton, how it’s grown to be one of the largest craft breweries in Minnesota, and explore its special edition brews.

There are only 12 seats at this event table, to encourage conversation directly with Fulton’s Brian Hoffman. Cedar + Stone, Urban Table is located just inside the north entrance of the Mall of America, at the JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America hotel.
