Carlo’s Bakery of TLC’s Cake Boss to open at Mall of America®

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (April 18, 2017) – The Cake Boss is setting up shop at Mall of America when Carlo’s Bakery opens this summer on level 3 near Culinary on North. Guests will be able to purchase freshly prepared items, as well as pre-order the brand’s famous baked goods for pick up.

Featuring delicious pastries, desserts and cakes, guests will get a taste of the well-known bakery’s full menu when the Mall of America location opens in summer 2017, just in time for the 25th birthday of Mall of America in August.

With locations in New York, New Jersey, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Florida, Connecticut, Georgia, and Texas, this will be the first Midwest Carlo’s Bakery location. The flagship location in Hoboken, New Jersey is the beloved setting of the hit TLC series Cake Boss. Master baker Bartolo Jr. “Buddy” Valastro is known around the world for his creative cake designs.

Carlo’s Bakery will be approximately 2,000 square feet and will be located near Shake Shack.
