3,000 people to march at Mall of America® for juvenile arthritis
WHAT: More than 12,400 kids in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin are living with arthritis.
On Saturday, March 1, three thousand people are expected to gather at Mall of America® to raise funds and awareness to fight juvenile arthritis, the nations leading cause of childhood disability.
The Juvenile Arthritis March is expected to raise more than $160,000 for the Arthritis Foundation. Participants will march through the Mall and enjoy several activities and entertainment including a kids zone, an interactive health fair and a performance by Koo Koo Kanga Roo.
The Arthritis Foundation is the only national, nonprofit health organization addressing the concerns of people living with more than 100 forms of arthritis.
