MINNEAPOLIS (Nov. 14, 2011) - Award-Winning City Tours announces its annual Holiday Lights Tour; an opportunity to celebrate community spirit and the warmth of the season with family and friends. Now celebrating its 21st year, Holiday Lights Tours are made available to the public on two prime Saturdays before Christmas. The 2011 dates are Saturdays December 10 and 17. The Holiday Lights Tour, an annual family tradition for many, travels through the colorful streets of the Twin Cities, and past the beautiful decorative lights of local merchants and residents. While aboard a warm deluxe motor coach, a knowledgeable tour guide provides commentary on holiday traditions and local lore. Guests experience quiet residential neighborhoods as well as bustling city streets. All tours depart from Mall of America from the North Side Arrival/Departure Facility. Tours operate from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $29 per adult, $28 per senior 55 and older, $23 per student ages 13-21, $20 per child ages 6 to 12.

Holiday Lights Tours also makes a great activity for groups. Private Holiday Lights Tours are available for groups of 30 or more from December 9 through December 22.
