Breweries with Patios

There’s only one thing that can make sitting back and sipping a cold, craft brew even better: doing it on a patio! Luckily, many of these breweries have recently opened their patios for limited seating. Can't snag a patio seat or prefer to stay home? Many are also offering curbside pickup.

We've also put together a list of heated patios in Minneapolis.

1. Bauhaus Brew Labs

Bauhaus has an expansive patio with plenty of picnic tables, a rotating food truck, and often concerts, games of bags, and events.

2. Fulton

Located a few blocks from Target Field, Fulton is the perfect spot to grab a beer before or after the game! Sit out on their deck and enjoy eats from their Taproom Kitcen with one of their signature beers or hard seltzers.

3. Sociable Cider Werks

If you’re more of a cider drinker or looking for a gluten free option, head to Sociable Cider Werks and try their rotating list of hard ciders. Head to one of their picnic tables just outside the taproom to bask in the sun with your cider or flight.

*Patio seating open.

4. 612 Brew

Refreshing beer, plenty of games, and a gorgeous patio…you must be at 612! Sit at any of their tables outside or get competitive with a game of giant Jenga.

*Patio seating open.

5. LynLake

Overlook the Uptown neighborhood as you sip a brew on LynLake’s rooftop. Order food from The Burger Joint and eat at one of their picnic tables, or sit around the fire and chat with friends.

*Rooftop closed.

6. The Freehouse

Both a restaurant and a brewery, the Freehouse is a great place to grab a bite and a brew while enjoying their outdoor seating. Open early in the morning and late into the night, Freehouse is a crowd pleaser any time of day.

*Patio seating open.

7. Day Block Brewing

Located just a few blocks from U.S. Bank Stadium, Day Block Brewery is the perfect spot for before or after that game or concert. One of the few breweries downtown offering food, beer, and a full-service bar, Day Block is a fun spot for even the non-beer drinkers. Grab a beverage and head outside to catch some rays!

*Patio seating open.

8. La Doña Cervecería

Enjoy La Doña's spacious patio and miniature soccer court! Watch league games, rent the court for yourself, or participate in pick-up games.

*Patio seating open.

9. Indeed

Indeed’s intimate patio is the perfect spot for date night or catching up with friends over great beer. They have a rotating food truck and they also offer flights if you’re feeling indecisive.

*Patio seating open.

10. Inbound

While Inbound only has a few tables actually outside, their open concept gives you the best of both worlds. The doors all around the taproom open up, allowing you to feel the breeze and soak up the sun even from inside.

*Patio seating open.

11. Pryes

With one of the best IPAs in town and a patio with a view of the riverfront, you can’t go wrong with Pryes Brewing! They even serve woodfired pizza as well as a variety of apps all made in-house by Cason Italian Eatery.

*Patio seating open.

12. Insight Brewing

This family-friendly brewery has the perfect outdoor patio to work on your tan and sip on something interesting (moscow mule style ale, perhaps?) With plenty of outdoor activities and games for the kids to enjoy, and a welcome spot for man's best friend too, you'll want to spend the whole day out on their patio trying out one of their many seasonal beers.

*Patio closed.

At FINNEGANS, it's not taproom business as usual. Relax on the expansive patio and enjoy FINNEGANS expanding portfolio of delicious beers (you can even bring your pup!). In support of local restaurants throughout East Town, FINNEGANS will also have food delivery options available including Kieran’s Kitchen, Hen House, The Normandy Inn, Band Box Diner, Sawatdee and Red Savoy.

*Open for takeout, and curbside pickup. Taproom will open 3/17.
