The Tolerables | Joan of Profile | Far Far Away | Good Trouble
The Tolerables
The Tolerables formed in 2009 to write and perform the Pop Punk music they love. Inspired by the likes of Paramore, Green Day, MxPx, and other high-energy bands, they strive to leave themselves, and their audience, breathless by the end of their set.
Joan of Profile
Joan of Profile is a versatile female-fronted band with songs that have strong story-telling lyrical content set to the musical background of a modern alternative sound with pop sensibilities and energy. The members each bring unique influences to the music from folk, to hard rock, to country which all help to create a dynamic live set that keeps an audience engaged.
Far Far Away
FarFarAway materialized in the Twin Cities as an all-original, five-piece Skate Punk band, born out of sheer boredom and a questionable decision to find musical meaning. We specialize in high-energy sonic assaults that successfully blend the chaotic speed of ’90s Skate Punk with the deeply felt angst of ’00s Emo. If you’re looking for melodic guitars, driving rhythms, and a massive dose of nostalgia that hits harder than a stray kickflip, you’ve found us.
Good Trouble
Good Trouble is your mothers favorite Mid-West Rock band you’ve never heard of!
Get ready for a night of bold sounds, sharp songwriting, and high-energy performances as Day Block Brewing Company hosts a stacked local lineup on Saturday, June 13th. Featuring The Tolerables, Joan of Profile, Far Far Away, and Good Trouble, this show brings together four distinct acts for a night that spans indie, alternative, and rock with plenty of personality.
Leading the bill, The Tolerables deliver a driving rock sound packed with attitude, tight musicianship, and memorable hooks. Their live presence is confident and engaging, built on a foundation of rhythm-forward songwriting and guitar work that hits with both precision and punch. Expect a set that balances grit with melody, keeping the energy high from start to finish.
Joan of Profile adds a thoughtful and textured indie sound to the lineup, blending expressive vocals with layered instrumentation. Their music leans into mood and atmosphere while still maintaining a strong melodic core, creating songs that feel both introspective and immediate. Live, they bring a dynamic range that shifts seamlessly between quiet moments and full-band intensity
Far Far Away brings an expansive alternative rock style that emphasizes space, tone, and emotional build. Their sound often unfolds gradually, drawing listeners in with subtle textures before opening up into more powerful, sweeping sections. It’s a set designed to immerse, offering a contrast that adds depth to the overall night.
Rounding out the lineup, Good Trouble injects a burst of indie rock energy with catchy songwriting, upbeat rhythms, and a lively stage presence. Their performance keeps the crowd moving, offering a fun and engaging entry point into the evening while still delivering strong musicianship and memorable moments.
