The Minneapolis St. Patrick’s Day Association welcomes your family to join in celebrating St. Patrick’s Day 2018! The 50th Annual Minneapolis St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be held on Saturday, March 17th, beginning 6:30 p.m. The parade route is on the new and improved Nicollet Mall! There is a $25 entry fee for families and non-profit groups to walk in the parade. Others please check with the committee. As always it's free to watch.

And you won’t regret it when you stay for the night’s live music feature.Start your celebrations early: specific to 2018, Corda Mor Irish dancers will perform at 5:30 pm on March 10th, a Guinness glass engraving will be held from 7:00-9:00 pm on March 13th, join in the Irish whiskey tasting on March 15th and receive a buy-one-get-one deal on March 16th if you wear a kilt!
Stop by Blarney’s on the U of M campus if you’re looking for a blast. Drink specials galore and a special St. Patrick’s Day menu (on top of their regular menu) will satisfy all your cravings. After you’re full to the brim, step outside for some patio games – because it’s almost spring and we can feel it! Enjoy DJs spinning the best tunes throughout the day.
Show up for Keegan’s tent party on Friday or Saturday. Open all day, the Irish pub will host live music both days, but make sure to be around for the Brian Boru Irish Pipe Band of St. Paul on Saturday. As they are playing in multiple locations throughout the weekend, what time they will be all yours at Keegan’s is still a mystery, so you’ll just have to hang the entire day to find out!
Join the party at Morrissey’s this St. Patrick’s Day. Special music will start at 3:00 pm and continue through close. Make sure to stop in for the Minnesota Police Pipe Band, performing at 6:30 pm! Don’t worry about lack of space, they will provide an overflow tent for partiers to party on in.
Post up at Cowboy Jack’s this holiday for green beer and corned beef sliders all day. Live music starts at 9:30 pm with no covers. The Downtown Minneapolis location will feature Whiskey Stone.

Join fellow runners in St. Paul at the 10th annual Get Lucky run. Races include a 7K, 14K and 21K (half). All adult registrations get a Get Lucky jacket and medal, while all youth registrations receive a Get Lucky hat! Packet pick up will be Friday, March 16th, and the races begin at 9 am and 9:30 am on Saturday, March 17th.
