What's Open New Year's Day

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz issued Executive Order 20-103 on Dec. 16, modifying and extending the COVID-19 restrictions. This most recent order restricts indoor dining at restaurants and bars; limits indoor and outdoor social gatherings to two and three households, and requires entertainment venues and indoor attractions to remain closed. Outdoor dining is available with limitations.
