Join us as we celebrate Minneapolis Sister Cities with a FREE ice cream social and gathering at the Nicollet Island Pavilion in Minneapolis. This family event features international entertainment, ice cream and refreshments. The event highlights all of Minneapolis’ Sister Cities.
