Wolves, AT&T Announce Renewed Partnership Agreement
Minneapolis/St. Paul The Minnesota Timberwolves today announced the renewal of a corporate partnership agreement with AT&T Inc. for the communications company to be the preferred wireless partner of the Timberwolves. "We are excited to once again welcome AT&T as our preferred wireless partner," said Timberwolves President Chris Wright. "We share a phenomenal relationship with AT&T and look forward to our continued partnership this year."
"AT&T is proud to be a premier sponsor of the Minnesota Timberwolves," said Hardmon Williams, AT&T vice president and general manager for Minnesota and the Northern Plains. "We look forward to continuing to connect Wolves fans by providing superior coverage on the nation's most advanced mobile broadband network as they call, text, check online stats, and send photo messages while attending games and rooting on the Timberwolves this season."
The Wolves and AT&T will team up for the VIP Experience promotion for the April 9 game vs. Phoenix. The enter-to-win promotion will reward the person selected with four row-one tickets to that night's game, a limo ride to and from Target Center, pregame dinner and beverages, and seating at head coach Rick Adelman's postgame press conference. Starting today, fans can fill out enter-to-win forms at participating AT&T locations through April 2 to be eligible for the contest. Last season, AT&T expanded its mobile broadband coverage at Target Center by completing the installation of a new Distributed Antenna System (DAS) to serve customers throughout the facility.
Wolves All-Star Kevin Love will sign autographs on Saturday, Feb. 18 from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Calhoun Square AT&T Store located in Minneapolis.
