MINNEAPOLIS (March 8, 2016) – FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar Mall of America (2100 Killebrew Drive, Bloomington) and FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar Downtown (31 South 7th Street, Minneapolis) invite guests to hop into spring and celebrate Easter with new spring specials and an Easter brunch.
FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar Mall of America will showcase its seasonal spring dishes and feature a special Easter Brunch offering. Guests will enjoy the classic Minnesota inspired brunch favorites from FireLake with Brunch served from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Easter with a complimentary Bread Basket featuring Hot Cross Buns, Gubana, and Paasbrood Easter Bread. The full menu will be available from 5 – 10 p.m. on Easter Sunday.
With a nod to warmer days ahead and the fresh ingredients spring brings, FireLake Mall of America introduces its new Spring Menu Features. The new menu features items such as Mizuna Mache Salad, with Mizuna and mache greens topped with fennel vinaigrette and served with a beet and goat cheese almond-crusted fritte, Rosemary Leg of Lamb, with Roasted grapes, new potatoes, honey mint glaze, and Old Fashioned Blackberry Lemon Tart, with Cabernet raspberry sauce.
