FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar New Dinner
There is an exciting dinner planned at FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar [http://www.firelakerestaurant.com/moa.php] (2100 Killebrew Drive, Bloomington, MN). The High West Distillery [http://www.highwest.com/] Bourbon Dinner on April 15th at 6 p.m. will feature bourbon from the Park City, UT distillery paired with FireLakes Midwestern cuisine from Executive Chef Paul Lynch. The meal includes pairings like the BISON BONE MARROW with a balsamic maple jus paired with the HIGH WEST AMERICAN PRAIRIE RESERVE and the FENNEL SCENTED STRIPE BASS with little neck clam broth served with the HIGH WEST DOUBLE RYE. The dinner is an fantastic opportunity to try something different from the usual wine or beer pairings and perfect for bourbon fan.
