FILM SOCIETY ANNOUNCES VISITING FILMMAKER SCHEDULES THROUGH SATURDAY, APRIL 28 at the 37th MINNEAPOLIS ST. PAUL INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
MINNEAPOLIS – April 24, 2018. The Film Society of Minneapolis St. Paul today announced the schedule of visiting filmmakers to the 37th Minneapolis St. Paul International Film Festival (MSPIFF) through the end of the Festival on April 28.
The final weekend of MSPIFF will see a variety of directors, actors and other filmmakers and performers on hand to share the stories of creating incredible cinema, what inspired them, the challenges they have faced, and their myriad successes. Visiting filmmakers include director, musician, performer Cory McAbee (Deep Astronomy and the Romantic Sciences), Oscar winning screenwriter and director Barry Morrow (Smitten!), director Mikko Makela (A Moment in the Reeds), and actor Brady Jandreau, star of MSPIFF’s Closing Night presentation, The Rider… among many others, including musicians, directors, actors, producers, and more.
