July 14, 2017 (Minneapolis, MN) – Dick’s Last Resort Restaurant and Bar in Mall of America has recently launch a new app for the scavenger hunt, the Dick’s Last Resort Mall of America Scavenger Hunt. The app, which went live in March, offers Dick’s Last Resort and Mall of America guests a fun, engaging, high-tech way to explore the wildly popular tourist destination.
“We’re thrilled to have partnered with MOA to develop such a cutting-edge new app,” said Cliff Lee, Dick’s General Manager. “The Scavenger Hunt allows guests to have an interactive way to explore the rest of Mall of America.”
The new Scavenger Hunt represents a stark contrast to the one MOA introduced shortly after opening its doors in 1992, which utilized paper and disposable cameras. Now, users will tote iPads featuring the app, which uses clever clues to direct “hunters” all over the mall as they snapshot and submit their “finds” with a few taps of a finger. The app tracks scores and awards a winner after the allotted time runs out.
The app appeals to everyday Dick’s guests seeking a fun way to explore the mall as well as corporate guests looking for a competitive team building exercise.

Discounted pricing is available to guests who dine at Dick’s immediately before or after the scavenger hunt.
