There’s nothing better on a beautiful day than walking the streets of one of our major downtowns in search of the perfect lunch -- served, of course, out of a truck window. Colorful vehicles dot Marquette and 2nd Avenues in Minneapolis and the streets surrounding Mears Park in St. Paul with badge-wearing employees waiting in long lines for the most sought-after bites. Each year, more resta-preneurs try their hand at life on wheels. Currently, the Minnesota Food Truck Association counts more than 125 members and estimates there are more than 200 trucks operating around the metro area. But, we’ve taken into account things like actually being able to find the truck on the regular in addition to grub to pick our top 20 favorite food trucks. The next time you’re craving a meal from wheels, just pull up this list!
