• The Boardroom

  Perfect for smaller parties, The Boardroom boasts an extra-large boardroom-style table, perfect for a small special occasion, business lunch, or (even) your fantasy football draft! Featuring a custom-built console table along with a picture window allowing the natural sunlight to pour in, you can connect to your own flat-screen TV for a presentation or to watch your favorite team with your close friends.

• The Choir

  A second-floor lounge space, The Choir specializes in cocktail and appetizer receptions. Home to high-tops, leather sofas and armchairs, plus a drinking ledge with stools that looks out over the entire pub. The Choir is a casual, open-air mezzanine with a relaxed atmosphere and has become the most popular space at The Local for events. Please note: The Choir is NOT Handicap Accessible

• The Sanctuary
