Founded by James Beard-recognized chef and Cupcake Wars winner Alicia Hinze, The Buttered Tin has been a sunny staple for scratch-made eats and sweets in Saint Paul, MN since 2013. In 2021, they expanded otheir love of community and good food to open a second location in NE Minneapolis. The Buttered Tin’s Lowertown Saint Paul and Northeast Minneapolis locations are open daily (Monday-Sunday) from 7 am to 3 pm.
