• Copenhagen Room

  The Copenhagen Room is a multi-purpose room that can be used for meetings, receptions or dinners. The French doors open into Europa so it's a perfect choice for meetings with working lunches and receptions after work. It's also a favorite choice for intimate dinners!

• Elsinore Room

  The Elsinore Room is a portion of our Scandinavian Ballroom. This room is a favorite with our customers because of its location. The Elsinore Room has a stunning view of our 25-acre wetland preserve and easy access to outdoor picnic tables, park benches and bonfire pit.

• Europa Room

  The Europa Room is our dining area for our Conference attendees, offering diners majestic views of Plymouth Creek. Europa features several food service stations w/extensive choices served efficiently allowing guests to enjoy the comfortable surroundings.

• Helsinki Room

  The Helsinki Room is a portion of our Scandinavian Ballroom. This room is a favorite with our customers because of its location. The Helsinki Room has a stunning view of our 25-acre wetland preserve and easy access to outdoor picnic tables, park benches and bonfire pit.

• Kiosk

  The Oslo Room is a portion of our Scandinavian Ballroom. This room is a favorite with our customers because of its location. The Oslo Room has a stunning view of our 25-acre wetland preserve and easy access to outdoor picnic tables, park benches and bonfire pit.

• Plymouth Room

  The Plymouth Room is a private room attached to the Scandinavian Ballroom. It can be used independently or as an office, break-out, or break area for a larger group in the Ballroom. It features a wall of windows and brick accents.

• Regency Room

  Conveniently located next to the hotel lobby. Recently renovated space with high ceilings, chandeliers, multiple lighting options for both banquet and business functions, and state-of-the-art projection capabilities.

• Scandinavian Ballroom

  The Scandinavian Ballroom can be partitioned into several different configurations. It has wonderful pre-function space directly outside the room and direct access to the outdoors making it our most popular space for large banquets or vendor fairs.

• Stockholm Room

  The Stockholm Room is a portion of our Scandinavian Ballroom. This room is a favorite with our customers because of its location. The Stockholm Room has a stunning view of our 25-acre wetland preserve and easy access to outdoor picnic tables, park benches and bonfire pit.

• Studio Suites

  Excellent spaces for small to medium size breakouts, hospitality rooms, and conference rooms. Each room has natural light with shades, and each room is versatile so any set up is possible. The studio suites are located on the 2nd floor over looking the main conference center space – so very close to our larger ballroom and conference rooms.

• Viking Lounge

  This is public space used as pre-function space. It's a great area for exhibits too!
