Coco is the first Minneapolis-based co-working space. We provide workspace and meeting places for businesses and individuals. Our main space downtown is the historic Grain Exchange and we dedicated a large portion of our space to common areas. We are an all-inclusive workspace and pride ourselves on a high level of hospitality.

The Classroom, which was formerly the VIP lounge for the grain traders, is now a functional meeting space filled with historic charm, ideal for presentations and trainings.

Open to the public for the first time, the historic Grain Exchange trading floor boasts a 42-foot ceiling height and Palladian windows, stunning classical architecture and more than 5,000 square feet of meeting and event space, perfect for your next corporate or private event, large or small.

Menagerie is a spacious meeting room ideal for board meetings, presentations, team meetings or social events.

Occupancy: 0 - 30
The North Tower is ideal for companies to rent for the day for coworking, breakout meetings, or larger group meetings/presentations. Located adjacent to the kitchen, this space works great for team lunches, too.
