Garden Deck
Occupancy: 0 - 500
Brit's pride and joy... an 18,000 sq foot Garden with a 10,000 sq ft bent grass bowling green. The "South Patio" and the "North Patio," private corners of the Garden, are available for booking during the bowling season which runs May to early October. These spaces will accommodate up to 50 guests for standing receptions and offers green-side seating for up to 32 guests. In its entirety, the Garden easily accommodates groups of up to 250 for seated buffets and up to 500 for cocktail receptions.

North Patio

The "North Patio" is a private corner of the Garden, and is available for booking during the bowling season which runs May to early October.

The Veranda's indoor complement. Overlooking Nicollet Mall, this cozy space accommodates up to 150 guests for standing receptions or up to 80 for seated/plated events!

The Long Room
Occupancy: 0 - 120
The Lower Long Room, Brit’s original private event facility, features a wood-burning fireplace, antique bar and comfy furnishings. This area will accommodate up to 60 for seated meals and up to 120 for standing receptions. This area is often booked with The Long Room Mezzanine.

The Long Room Mezzanine
Occupancy: 0 - 60
The upper level of the Long Room that as well as seating includes two pool tables. This area will accommodate up to 60 guests for cocktails and appetizers.

The Pub Shoppe
Occupancy: 0 - 50
This dining area, often called the "'Red Room', is located just next to the main pub and features seating for up to 50 or reception space for up to 45. The room is close enough to the action where you feel like you're still part of the pub, but secluded enough for dinner gatherings to enjoy conversation.

The Veranda
For the best view of the bowling green, book Brit's most recently completed outdoor event facility, the Veranda, overlooking the English Garden Park. This area will accommodate up to 200 guests for standing receptions or up to 80 for seated buffets.
