Smooth StrYdes: 5K Run & Social After-Party ​Welcome to the Smooth StrYdes Run Club. We are bringing the Twin Cities community together for miles, mindfulness, and an after-party. ​In partnership with the Dayton YMCA and Social Butter, we are taking over downtown Minneapolis for a morning of movement, connection, and recovery. BONUS: Every single person who RSVPs gets a FREE day pass to the YMCA. ​🏃‍♂️ The Run (Paces & Routes): ​We are keeping things together with a highly social, ~10-minute mile pace for the 5K, taking us right along the scenic Mississippi riverfronts. Not feeling a full 5K today? We are also offering an alternative 1.5-mile route. Whether you are running, jogging, or walking to vibe with good people, you belong here. All paces are welcome. ​🗓️ The Game Plan: ​9:30 AM — Check-in: Arrive at the Dayton YMCA, get checked in, and meet the crew. (You will have access to the locker rooms, but be mindful of leaving valuables behind during the run.) 10:00 AM — Group Mental Health Practice: Getting our minds right and grounded before we hit the pavement. ​10:15 AM — The Run Starts: We take off together toward the river! ​10:45 AM to 1:00 PM — Social Butter After-Party: The ultimate post-run kickback back at the YMCA.
