Hewing Rooftop Polar Bar

The Hewing is embracing the chill with a brand new rooftop Polar Bar debuting on January 15 featuring winter-esque food and rotating spirits. The bar will be open Thursday through Saturday between 4pm and midnight in the winter and early spring and featuring a different spirit brand and drink specials every weekend.

The Polar Bar is sponsored by a different brand each weekend, so the cocktail lineup rotates regularly. Be sure to watch for weekends featuring Fireball, Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream, Corazón, Siete Lenguas, and Myers Rum.
