Sister Cities Day
Sister Cities Day 2025 will take place on Sunday, July 20 at Nicollet Island Pavilion.
Join us as we celebrate Minneapolis Sister Cities with a FREE ice cream social and gathering at the Nicollet Island Pavilion in Minneapolis. This family event features international entertainment, ice cream and refreshments. The event highlights all of Minneapolis’ Sister Cities, with a special spotlight this year on the anniversaries of our sister city relationships with Ibaraki City, Japan (45 years), Eldoret, Kenya (25 years) and Uppsala, Sweden (25 years).
