Linden Hills Holiday Market

Over 50 vendors gather to celebrate creativity, great food and a well-rounded selection of handmade gifts. Need a Christmas tree? This Holiday market is located inside the greenhouses at Sunnyside Gardens supplying you the best Christmas tree selection in town!

Brews 'n Bulbs Holiday Craft Brewery Tour

Tis' the season to be beer'ry! What do you get when you mix craft beer and holiday lights together? Brews 'n Bulbs! Take a seat in a warm luxury motor coach and travel to a few of the coolest breweries in Minneapolis/St. Paul. In between tastings, you will enjoy a ride through the park to view a plethora of holiday illumination! Fresh popcorn will be provided to pair with your seasonal tap of choice. Holidazzle is the motherland of pop-up shops in the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Enjoy food, beverages, Minnesota made crafts, live music, giveaways, fireworks, tree lightings and don't forget to take your ice skates for a ride on the big rink!

Please note that parking can be limited in the Loring Park area during this event. It may be easier to research Metro Transit bus lines to shofer you directly to the celebration! 

While you're in the neighborhood take a stoll over to The Walker Art Center and raise a glass to the stunning new lobby and surrounds as you investigate the Esker Grove restaurant space and anticipate its opening later in December. Minneapolis Visitor Information on Nicollet featuring Mary!

Stop by and take a photo op with the Mary Tyler Moore Statue and make history! After your close-up, peruse the store for Minneapolis artistic retail products, as well as area sports team logo merchandise, unique holiday gift ideas, and delicious homegrown food items. Current items include pint glasses and prints from well-known local artists, as well as jewelry, ceramics, glassware, clothing and much more by talented Minnesota artists.

Procraftinate: A Handmade Holiday Market

Are you a last minute shopper? No problem, Procraftinate has you covered! Hosted in the beautiful 3,500 square-foot Lakes and Legends Taproom. Sip on a farm-to-table belgian beer while you peruse dozens of items made by local taleneted artists. They will also feature a wrapping station, live music and delicious eats! 

In addition to metered street parking, customers will get three hours of parking for $3 at the Hyatt Regency parking ramp (entrance located at Nicollet Ave & E Grant St) or their first 90 minutes of parking FREE in the parking ramp above Lakes & Legends (entrance located on 14th).

Julmarknad: ASI’S Christmas Mart 

Julmarknad, ASI’s Christmas Market, is the largest holiday weekend at the historic Turnblad Mansion!  This magical festival features performances by Nordic music and dance groups, exceptional holiday shopping at ASI’s Museum Store, and the Julmarknad Handcraft Fair (with handmade or handcrafted goods by 30+ local artists). FIKA serves up a special European winter market inspired menu  or stop by the Bake Sale to pick up treats to bring home for the holidays, too. Families can create slöjd (handcraft) projects or take a break with story time with the Julmarknad Fairy. Tomte and Santa may even stop by. 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: $12 adults, $5 children ages 6-18, free for children 5 and under and for ASI members.

Admission includes museum and market.

Grand Hotel Holiday Market

Get in the spirit of the season at the Grand Hotel's Holiday Market! Think mulled wine, twinkly lights, locally crafted goodness and more all wrapped up in The Grand Hotel's lobby. They will feature items from local retail shop owners and artists. Chef Koch will be feeding your appetite while The Six15 Room will be providing custom crafted beverages (21+). 

This is a free event. However, they are accepting non-parishable food items for the local food shelf.

Somali Museum: African Art Sale

The Somali Museum has collected so many pieces of art from around East Africa, that we need to clear out some space for even more artifacts of Somali culture. Help us make room for new collections by taking home some treasures from Somalia, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, and more!
