Will Call: Will Call tickets for each concert can be claimed the day of the concert beginning at 8:30 am. Will Call is at the U.S. Bank Stadium Ticket Office, located on the NW Corner of U.S. Bank Stadium off of Chicago Avenue and 4th Street South.
Floor Seating: Guests with floor tickets for each show need to enter through the Ecolab Gate, located on the North Side of U.S. Bank Stadium along 4th Street South. Guests with floor tickets will go through security at this gate and be given a wristband for floor access.
Fraudulent Tickets: Ticketmaster is the official ticketing provider for U.S. Bank Stadium. Please be aware that U.S. Bank Stadium is not responsible for tickets purchased from other online sources. Tickets purchased from other sources may be invalid, more expensive, and/or ineligible for assistance. U.S. Bank Stadium is not able to honor, replace or refund any invalid tickets. Guests with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase replacement tickets at the U.S. Bank Stadium Ticket Office based on ticket availability.
Transportation
Public Transit: We recommend walking or utilize Metro Transit or public transit to get to and from U.S. Bank Stadium for these events. Parking: There are several options for parking around U.S. Bank Stadium with over 20,000 parking spaces within a 20-minute walk or less. Please visit the U.S. Bank Stadium parking website to find suggested parking locations at http://www.usbankstadiumparking.com/.
Security
Clear Bag Policy: Please be advised that there will be elevated security measures in place for these events, including the NFL Clear Bag Policy. Only clear bags, size 12" x 6" x 12" or smaller, will be allowed. Bags that are allowed are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar). Small clutch bags that are 5×7 with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. No other bags will be allowed inside U.S. Bank Stadium including purses, backpacks, fanny packs, camera bags, diaper bags, coolers and binocular bags.
