FireLake Celebrates Father’s Day with a Feast for Dad
MINNEAPOLIS (May 17, 2016) – Celebrate dad on the day that’s all about him with regionally and locally inspired favorites available on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 19 at FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar.
With a selection of hearty dishes to satisfy even the most voracious dads, FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar Minneapolis Downtown brings the flavors of summer BBQ to the table. Features include BBQ Beef Brisket served with heirloom corn bread, kohlrabi slaw, root beer barbecue sauce, and hand cut fries; Lamb Trio, rotisserie lamb shoulder, BBQ lamb ribs, and grill chops served with glazed carrots, and pea shoots; and more.
FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar Mall of America offers seasonal features including Herb Seared Pork Tenderloin served with star anise coriander honey glaze and mushroom and asparagus risotto; Seafood Sausage served with hazelnut mashed potatoes, and cardamom turmeric sauce; and more.
As an extra special treat for dad, both FireLake locations will be serving Executive Chef Jim Kyndberg and Executive Chef Dinesh Jayawardena’s Twin Cities Burger Battle creation from May 22 – June 30. The FireLake Bison Burger brings the heat complete with BBQ brisket ragù, bacon marmalade, and ghost pepper cheese.
Both FireLake locations are ready to welcome guests to celebrate Father’s Day with extended brunch service from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 19.
