Oct. 7, 2016) — Bottleneck Management, in coordination with Corporate Executive Chef Paul Katz, announces new menu offerings at City Works Eatery and Pour House (600 Hennepin Ave.), available beginning Thursday, October 13. Chef-minded, yet approachable American fare remains the focus of the menu, which expertly pairs with the concept’s 90+ selection of draft beers.
"Our new menu gives guests a variety of delicious options that complement our pour house atmosphere and selection of beer," says Katz. “Diners can enjoy new seasonal dishes, spearheaded by our culinary team, that are perfect for the cooler weather ahead.”
New menu items at City Works Minneapolis include:
AHI TUNA CHOPPED SALAD
Tograrashi, spiced seared rare tuna, Napa cabbage, romaine, bok choy, bell peppers, black sesame seeds, Daikon radish, green onions, Mandarin oranges, almonds, cucumbers, crispy wonton strips, with a sesame ginger vinaigrette
PEPPERCORN BURGER
Peppercorn crusted, blue cheese, baby arugula, herb sun-dried tomatoes, garlic aioli, on a toasted onion bun
SRIRACHA BURGER
Habanero jack cheese, pickled jalapenos, Sriracha aioli, iceberg lettuce, red onion, on a toasted brioche bun
SMOKEHOUSE BURGER
House-smoked BBQ pulled pork shoulder, smoked mozzarella, BBQ bacon onion relish, crispy buttermilk onion strings on a toasted Hawaiian bun
SHRIMP TACOS
Crispy shrimp, Asian slaw, sesame ginger vinaigrette, Sriracha, chili aioli, white corn tortillas
CAROLINA FRIED CHICKEN
Buttermilk breaded chicken, house-made spicy bread and butter pickles, mustard BBQ sauce, and iceberg lettuce on a brioche bun
MEATLOAF
Angus beef low country meatloaf, carrots, and peas, mashed potatoes, red eye gravy
