26th Annual Healthy Life Expo

Minneapolis, MN –– The Healthy Life Expo makes its 26th return to the Minneapolis Convention Center bringing with it up to 200 local and national health, wellness, and fitness experts, offering the latest products, services, and information to help attendees achieve optimum health and happiness in 2016.
New this year will be a Town Hall Meeting held within the expo to address the nation’s ever-increasing obesity problems. “Who is to blame for the rise in obesity rates, and who is benefiting from a fat America?” will be hosted by Kent Barker at 12 noon on Saturday. He will offer the prizes to the “winners” of the discussion, based on the audience feedback. Kent is the founder of the Healthy Lifestyle Pool, a superior model for Health Care
Also new for this year’s Healthy Life Expo is a martial arts show on Sunday featuring expert martial artists Suzann Wancket-Yue and Damian Hirtz competing in various arts including Brazilian jujitsu, taekwondo, hapkido, and more. All proceeds will benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.
Matthew Rudberg, the Minnesota practice manager for Minute Clinic, will host a seminar at 2 pm on February 6 to explain the mysterious CPT Code and how office visits translate to a medical bill. Attendees will learn how the costs add up and why another solution must be found.
The Healthy Life Expo runs Saturday and Sunday, February 6-7, 2016 at the Ballroom inside the Minneapolis Convention Center. Cost is $6 at the door or free with a non-perishable food donation. The show features three stages of free speakers, seminars, demonstrations, product sampling, and prize giveaways all weekend long
