A fiercely independent, uniquely Minnesotan Downtown MPLS establishment - one of the country’s most-booked restaurants, over two decades in the making. Hell's Kitchen is an award winning, employee-owned Minneapolis gem where politicians, priests and business “suits” comfortably eat elbow-to-elbow with tattooed musicians and colorful artists. Rather than fancy, over-the-top "vertical" food, Hell’s Kitchen is legendary for its unique twist on American food (make sure to taste our house-made peanut butter, which has a fiercely loyal following). Started by renegade chefs weary of pretentious menus, our restaurant leaped to national fame years ago when NPR hailed it as “unique but not fancy, interesting but not fussy” and Roadfood.com wrote, "Rather than rave on, let us just say if you're ever in Minneapolis and want to wow your tastebuds, go to Hell's Kitchen. It is inspired and inspiring."

Far Side Pub
Occupancy: 12 - 60
Minnesota-made brews & spirits are the stars of this Old World-style pub. Some groups choose to start in the Pub with appetizers and cocktails, then spill into the adjacent Minnesota Room for lunch or dinner. Others host their entire party within the intimate Pub featuring a private horseshoe bar, comfortable booths, a buffet area, and hilarious hell-themed illustrations by Gary Larson that keep guests engaged as they mingle through the room. Cocktail Hours are especially popular in this “own your own pub” area that also hosts a large screen TV for video montages, sports, or PowerPoint presentations.
