FINNEGANS House is the house of social good. The building houses three businesses: FINNEGANS Brew Co., Mosaic Venue and FINNOVATION Lab. All three offer unique meeting and event spaces, ranging from board rooms with the latest technology to private pub settings to flexible open space for large events. And all three are dedicated to creating a positive community impact through their business, whether sharing profits to fight hunger or offering pro bono services to community organizations. FINNOVATION Lab is on the 4th floor of the building and is a modern workspace with natural light, an open kitchen, co-working spaces, offices and meeting rooms. Event appropriate space includes the board room (seats 12), the conference room (seats 4), the training lab (up to 40) and the commons area (up to 200). All feature presentation capability, and the larger spaces offer wireless microphones. Available by the hour, half-day and whole day.
