An Olympics would need to be a statewide effort because of the massive financial and logistical requirements. But in addition to our big major events wins so far, we must also be mindful of our current Minnesota World Expo bid for 2023.
Our community will have all the credentials and practice needed to step up for an Olympics in the future. Could Minneapolis be an Olympics city? The answer is yes, but at the right time. We've got a pretty full plate now. Enjoy Edgar's story here.
