Manage your partner listing, staff contact list, and add calendar events through the partner portal.

Step 1 - Login
Login to the portal using the login sent to you by your Partnership Manager. If you have issues logging in, please contact your Partnership Manager or select "Forgot your username or password?" option one the first screen of the portal.
If you are new to your organization or new to Meet Minneapolis and do not have a login, please reach out to your Partnership Manager.
Step 2 - Navigating the Options
After logging in, you will see the homepage of the portal. To navigate your options in the portal, click "Account" in the top left-hand corner of the page below the Meet Minneapolis logo. The options of "Account Details" and "Local Event Details" will appear.
Account Details - Under this tab you can edit your partner web listing, edit staff contact information, and more. Refer to Step 3 for more information.
Local Events Details - Under this tab you can add public events that will be displayed in the Meet Minneapolis Event Calendar. Click here>>> for calendar. Refer to Step 4 for more information.
Step 3 - Edit Your Account
After selecting "Account Details" the first option available to you is to edit your account's basic information, such as your website link and address. Please consider adding a billing address if it differs from the primary address. Below the address section you can add or delete staff contact infomation.
The "Description" section allows you to update or refresh the summary listed on your partner page listing. If your property has multiple listings, such as Restaurant and Meeting Space, the description can be unique and different per category listing.
Upon completing your edits to your account details, staff contact information, or description select "submit" at the top right-hand corner of the page.
The "Detail" section is where you can add photos, PDF files, and video to your listing. Click Edit to update each individual category listing your property may have with Meet Minneapolis. After clicking "edit" the options are listed alphabetically. Here are a few key options to consider editing:
Default Image - the primary photo for your property
Event Space Downloads - option to add up to 10 - PDF event brochures
Enter name of document in the corresponding "title" section
Menu - if applicable, option to add up to 5 - PDF menus
Enter name of menu in the corresponding "title" section
Photo - option to add up to 10 photos
No size limitation but horizontal images feed to the website better than veritical photos
YouTube - option to add 4 videos
Must be link to specific video, not just your YouTube channel
Upon completing your edits under the detail tab, select "submit" at the top right-hand corner of the page. A request will be sent to the Partnership Team. The team will review the information and confirmation the submission. After Meet Minneapolis confirmation, the changes will update to minneapolis.org within 24 hours.
Step 4 - Add Events

After selecting "Local Event Details" click "Add" to enter the information for a new event. Be sure to enter information into the following sections:
Event Ticket Information
You can enter the event ticket information as a specific website link, Facebook link, or Twitter link.
Upon entering the event details, select "submit" at the top right-hand corner of the page. A request will be sent to the Partnership Team. The team will review the information and confirmation the submission. After Meet Minneapolis confirmation, the changes will update to minneapolis.org within 24 hours.
To Edit a Current Event Listing
On the primary page under "Local Event Details" find the event you need to update or cancel and select "Edit". Once you are in the specific event listing, you can edit the details or you can cancel the event listing by selecting "Cancel" at the top right-hand corner of the page. A request will be sent to the Partnership Team. The team will review the information and confirmation the submission. After Meet Minneapolis confirmation, the changes will update to minneapolis.org within 24 hours.
