Qualified Bookings:

• New RFPs received between March 1, 2023 – June 9, 2023
• Event actualized between April 1, 2023 – February 28, 2025
• Group must contract a minimum of 200 peak room nights at a Minneapolis hotel and contract event space at a Minneapolis hotel or the Minneapolis Convention Center (PFO or Letter of Commitment) by June 16, 2023, in order to be eligible for the incentives
