City Council Chambers
This stately and grand chamber features 14-foot-high windows, an ornately coffered ceiling, original paint scheme, stenciling, reproductions of pendant light fixtures, and two wall murals depicting the City’s early history. Food and beverages are prohibited. We recommend this space for ceremonies and mid-sized meetings or events. The Chambers seat up to 75 people and are available after 6:30 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays and after 11:00 a.m. on weekends. The rental rate is $150 per hour.

Imagine hosting your event in our magnificent six-story Rotunda. The space is adorned with 37 stained glass windows, a skylight and the Father of Waters statue, carved from Italian marble. The Rotunda has hosted inaugural ceremonies, press conferences, public celebrations, foreign dignitaries, and musical concerts during its century-plus history. Perfect for your dream wedding ceremony and reception or next large corporate event. Maximum capacity is 400 people for a standing reception and 300 for a seated meal.
