Krav Maga is a way of letting you effectively defend yourself, not a way of harming others. It’s a powerful way of disarming an aggressor.
This training occurs the first Monday of every month. Danae Hudson (Civilian Instructor) has been training in Krav Maga for 3 ½ years. Danae was looking for a self-defense class after some traumatic experiences in her life and work in the Middle East. Though she only planned on attending for a few weeks, the community she found at Krav Maga Minneapolis and Valley Self Defense, as well as the confidence she gained from Krav Maga, kept her coming back. Danae achieved the rank of Graduate 2 in September 2019. Danae’s goal is to help people gain the confidence that Krav Maga has helped give her.
