Italy Through Pasta Series

This series will take you through the many regions of Northern Italy to learn the culture, taste the flavors, and enjoy a delightful evening spent around the table getting to know one another and of course, the celebrated chef Steven Brown. From mixing, kneading, rolling, and more, you will learn every step of pasta-making. Each class will take you behind-the-scenes into a true chef's kitchen, followed by an intimate three course dinner with wine pairings.

We will be presenting a different region each month and will be releasing new installments throughout the year. Join Chef Steven as he guides you through this Italian journey full of good conversation and great food.
