Celebrate Halloween at North Loop Green, in partnership with the North Loop Neighborhood Association.
From 6 to 8 p.m., stop by the Green for trick-or-treating extravaganza with costume contests, snacks, fire pits, themed décor and a live DJ spinning spooky music.
