Join ASI for a special 5-course Chef’s Dinner co-curated by Fika Café’s Executive Chef, Amalia Obermeier-Smith and internationally acclaimed bartender and author, Emil Åreng.
Guests at this unique culinary event will embark on a journey across Sweden with each course featuring food and beverage pairings inspired by the 5 geographical regions of Sweden.
Throughout the dinner, guests will learn directly from Amalia and Emil about their creative culinary process developing dishes and drinks that represent the distinct regions of Skåne, Södermanland, Bohuslän, Gotland and Norrland.
