Check out the Dragon Festival; the state’s largest Pan-Asian cultural festival, complete with dragon boat races, cultural performances, martial arts and cooking demonstrations, authentic food, arts, crafts and special children’s activities. Put your tastebud fortitude to the test at Minnesota’s Spiciest Celebration, a six block celebration of Spanish music, authentic food, dancing, contests, children’s activities and entertainment.
