Ichiban features the 5000 year old method of Japanese cooking where chefs skillfully prepare the dinner at your table. Iron cooking, or Teppanyaki, is the heart of our cuisine. Our Teppanyaki chefs are wizards of the knife, each with their own style and showmanship. Ichiban also features an all-you-can-eat (for one hour) sushi bar every night of the week. A full bar is available with beer, wine, liquor and sake.
