Café Lurcat 
The bar’s menu features the “Lurcat Burger”— Chef Paul Lynch of Firelake sums it up: “great food without feeling guilty, great atmosphere and no slumming it while you are eating late.”

The Dakota Jazz Club and Restaurant
One of the best eats in town. Their Classic Cheeseburger is a 8 oz. Angus house ground patty, served with shoestring potatoes and choice of white cheddar, Gruyère or Blue Cheese. Did we mention there’s jazz music?

Vincent 
Just listen: braised short ribs and smoked gouda, inside a saucer-sized beef patty. City Pages calls it a “miracle of culinary chemistry.”

The News Room 
Their 8 oz burgers are made from kobe beef, and they let you choose whatever you want to put atop.

Matt's Bar
Heard of a Juicy Lucy? It’s a Minneapolis-made cheeseburger, where the cheese is found inside the beef patty instead of on top. They are THE undisputed heavyweight champion of the Juicy Lucy. No different variations here; just the straight up original.

The Bulldog 
With three Minneapolis locations, The Bulldog chef’s use kobe beef. Their excellent burgers don’t come with a large price tag. Also, the bar has one of the best beer selections in the city. Bottoms up!

Huberts
With a burger menu that keeps changing, the experimental chefs at Huberts have been know to do a little mad science behind closed doors with concoctions like a "Deep Fried Lucy" and "Blackjack Burger."
